Edgardo Enamorado
Dr. Edgardo Enamorado serves as the Secretary General of the Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (UTH), where he has been instrumental in promoting academic excellence and innovation. Recently, he played a key role in the launch of two new master's programs in Clinical Psychology and Sexual Psychology and Couples Therapy, aimed at addressing the growing mental health needs in Honduras.
