Edgars Montvids

Edgars Montvids is one of Lithuania's most celebrated opera soloists, known for his impressive vocal range and performances on prestigious stages around the world. After studying in Vilnius, he became a participant in the Royal Opera House's young artist program in Covent Garden. His extensive repertoire includes over 40 roles at major opera houses such as the English National Opera and the Frankfurt Opera. Montvids has also collaborated with prominent symphonic orchestras in renowned concert halls across Europe, the USA, and Japan. He has released numerous albums that have gained significant acclaim, and in 2023, he received the National Culture and Arts Award in Lithuania.
