Born in 1929, she was among the few who survived the brutal conditions of the concentration camp, where many perished. A vibrant and resilient individual, Edita was known for her positive energy and remarkable memory, sharing her story with filmmaker Heather Dune Macadam over several years. She was also the wife of Ladislav Grosman, the Oscar-winning screenwriter of 'Obchod na korze.' Edita's experiences and memories are crucial in bringing to light the often-overlooked histories of those who suffered during the Holocaust.
