Edmunds Bebrišs

Edmunds Bebrišs is the head of the Philately Department at Latvijas Pasts, and he is known for his expertise in postal history and stamp collecting. He was recently involved in presenting a selection of historic Latvian stamps from 1928 to 1945 at a stamp exhibition, showcasing the rich heritage of Latvian philately.
