Eduard Mkrtchan

Eduard Mkrtchan is a businessman known for his involvement in various sectors, including public procurement and auctions in Ukraine. He gained media attention recently for posting a bail of 30 million hryvnias for Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, who is under investigation for illegal enrichment. Mkrtchan stated that he acted out of friendship and did not seek any favors from Kyrylenko regarding his business interests.
