Eduardo Bernal

Eduardo Bernal is a former police officer in Panama who, along with two colleagues, was convicted for the homicide of five young individuals in a detention center in January 2011. Despite serving a lengthy prison sentence, he was recently included in a presidential decree that granted sentence reductions.
