Eduardo Cabrera

Eduardo Cabrera is a dedicated farmer and the current operator of 'El cacao de Canducito', a family-owned cacao plantation in Miches, Dominican Republic. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, he has been instrumental in maintaining the family tradition of organic cacao cultivation since 1947. Eduardo emphasizes sustainable farming practices and educates visitors about the cacao production process, from harvesting to fermentation, while also producing unique cacao-based products.
