Eduards Cibuļa

Eduards Cibuļa is a talented 15-year-old taekwondo athlete from Kyiv, who recently gained Latvian citizenship after moving to the country following the onset of the full-scale war in Ukraine. He has already made a significant impact by becoming the European cadet champion while representing Latvia and aims to qualify for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, expressing a deep passion for taekwondo since arriving in Latvia.
