Edward Rogers Ssebuufu, also known as Eddy Mutwe, is a civilian bodyguard for Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine. He has recently been in the news due to his alleged abduction, torture, and illegal detention, which have sparked ethnic provocations and outrage among the Ganda community against the Ankore ethnic group.
