Edwin Aroldo Rojas

Edwin Aroldo Rojas is the director of the Instituto Nacional de Sismología, Vulcanología, Meteorología e Hidrología (Insivumeh) in Guatemala. He has been in the news recently for clarifying the nature of the seismic activity occurring in the country, explaining that the current series of earthquakes should be classified as a sequence of seismic events with replicas rather than a swarm of earthquakes.
