Edwin Cárdenas

Edwin Cárdenas is a former director of the Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario in Panama, who has been in the news due to a recent decision by the Tribunal Superior de Causas Penales, which reduced his prison sentence from 96 to 60 months for committing peculado, or embezzlement, that resulted in significant financial loss to the state.
