Edwin Huaranca

Edwin Huaranca is the executive member of the Federation of Transportation of San Julián, known for advocating for better road conditions in Bolivia. Recently, he has been in the news for leading discussions with government officials regarding the urgent need for road repairs, particularly concerning the Kinagua to Troncos project and other key routes in the region. Huaranca emphasized the dire state of the roads and expressed disappointment over the absence of the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Edgar Montaño, during critical negotiations with transport representatives from various municipalities.
