Edwin Odera

Dr. Edwin Odera is a prominent economist from Moi University and a technical advisor for the Jumuiya ya Kaunti za Pwani (JKP) Blue Economy Multi-Agency Action Plan. He has extensive experience in supporting multi-agency action plans aimed at fostering sustainable economic growth in Kenya. In the recent unveiling of the JKP-BEMAP, he outlined the financing structure that seeks to engage both national and county governments, as well as private investors, to ensure the plan's successful implementation by 2030.
