Efraín Forero

Efraín Forero is the Technical Director of Rural Development and Environment for the Zipaquirá municipality. He played a critical role in addressing the illegal mining activities at 'El Tejadito' and has been involved in coordinating with law enforcement and the Prosecutor's Office to take action against the operation and ensure the safety of the community following a recent mining disaster.
