Efraín Urzúa Macías

Efraín Urzúa Macías was a political figure in Mexico who served as a representative of the governor of Jalisco during the visit of Brazilian soccer legend Pelé to the region in 1970, where he was involved in inaugurating a plaza named after Brazil's greatest footballer.
