Efraĺm Zeledón

Efraĺm Zeledón is the Minister of Public Works and Transport in Costa Rica, responsible for overseeing the country's transportation infrastructure, including airports. Recently, he has been in the news due to the investigation he initiated following a malfunction of the radar system at Juan Santamaría Airport, which caused significant disruptions to air traffic.
