Einar Örn Einarsson

Einar Örn Einarsson is a prominent Icelandic entrepreneur known for founding the Serrano fast-food chain in Iceland. He has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, having established and managed various restaurants and food halls both in Iceland and abroad. Recently, he has taken over the management of Kolaportið, a popular marketplace in Reykjavik, alongside Róbert Aron Magnússon, with plans to revitalize the space and introduce a festive Christmas market called 'Jólaport' starting November 15.
