Elad Shushan

Elad Shushan is a senior officer in the Israel Defense Forces, currently serving as the Deputy Commander of the Southern Command's regular armored division. He has extensive experience in the Gaza region, having previously commanded the Kisufim sector and served as a deputy commander during Operation Protective Edge. His knowledge of the area was further deepened through his leadership roles during various operations and conflicts involving Gaza.
