Eladio Lalo Villalba Almeida

Eladio 'Lalo' Villalba Almeida, born on February 18, 1952, in Asunción, is a renowned Paraguayan singer-songwriter and producer. He gained prominence as the lead vocalist of the Trío de Siempre, with whom he recorded 33 albums and toured internationally. In addition to his musical career, he has been an advocate for artists' rights, serving as the first president of the Paraguayan Association of Performing Artists (AIE-Paraguay) and participating in global discussions on intellectual property.
