Elder Arteaga Ramírez

Elder Arteaga Ramírez, also known as alias 'El Costeño', is a figure implicated in organizing a network of hitmen and coordinating an assassination attempt against Colombian senator Miguel Uribe Turbay. He was recently captured in Engativá and is facing serious charges, including potential terrorism, due to the nature of the attack which aimed to intimidate political figures and disrupt the democratic process in Colombia.
