Ms. Elecif Arthurs serves as Belize’s Honorary Consul in Kingston, Jamaica, where she plays a critical role in supporting Belizean citizens abroad. Recently, she was in the news for coordinating the distribution of hurricane relief supplies to Belizean students affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.
