Elena Belaya

Elena Belaya is a physician who served as the acting chief doctor of a Kaliningrad maternity hospital. She received a sentence of nine and a half years in prison for organizing the murder of a premature infant, allegedly believing the child would not survive, and has consistently denied the charges against her.
