Elena Dedyulya is a former Belarusian political prisoner now living in Lithuania. She gained attention for attempting to deliver a plate of noodles to Denis Kuchinsky, the director of the Office of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, during a rally commemorating the anniversary of the Belarusian protests. Previously, she was sentenced to a year in a penal colony for her involvement in protests against the Belarusian government. After her release in May 2022, she became an active member of the RE:BELarus community, advocating for political prisoners and participating in solidarity actions.
