Eleni Skoura

Eleni Skoura was a pioneering Greek politician who made history as the first woman elected to the Hellenic Parliament in 1953. Representing the Greek Rally party, her election marked a significant milestone in the advancement of women's rights in Greece, as it came after women gained the right to vote in municipal elections in 1930.
