Elia Merlini

Elia Merlini is a 21-year-old from Florence, Italy, who has been a tetraplegic since birth. Utilizing an alternative communication method called CAA (Comunicazione aumentativa alternativa), he teaches students and teachers how to express thoughts and needs through symbols and images. Despite his physical challenges, Elia shares his experiences in schools across Tuscany, inspiring others with his ability to communicate and connect.
