Eliahu Berchik

Eliahu Berchik is a member of the Knesset representing the United Torah Judaism party. He has been involved in various legislative efforts concerning the needs and rights of the Haredi community, particularly in matters related to education and religious law. Recently, he was in the news due to the political tensions within the Haredi factions in the Knesset, particularly following the resignation of fellow party member Yitzhak Goldknopf, which is expected to lead to changes in the composition of the Knesset.
