Elián Caro was a 14-year-old boy who tragically lost his life after being struck by a speeding motorcyclist while riding his bicycle on Route 2. Following the incident, he suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, and underwent two surgeries but succumbed to his injuries two days later.
