Eliande Tunis is the wife of Joly Germine, the leader of the Haitian gang '400 Mawozo,' and she has been implicated in his criminal activities. Following the gang's involvement in the 2021 kidnapping of 16 American missionaries, Tunis was sentenced to approximately 12 years in prison for her role in the crimes.
