Elias al Jaladah

Elias al Jaladah is a member of the Orthodox Church Council in Gaza and a prominent voice on the cultural heritage of the region. He witnessed the bombing of the 4th-century St. Porphyrius Church, which resulted in significant civilian casualties, and has spoken out against the systematic attempts to erase Palestinian historical identity through the destruction of heritage sites.
