Elīna Mežanci-Griķe

Elīna Mežanci-Griķe is the chairperson of NextStep Gravel, a company focused on importing artificial granite, a new building material in Latvia. With a Master's degree in chemical engineering and over a decade of experience in the construction industry, she leads efforts to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional granite, which is crucial for developing high-capacity infrastructure in Latvia. Under her leadership, the company aims to utilize steelmaking slag as a sustainable building material, thereby addressing local shortages and enhancing the quality of road construction.
