Elisha Chonya

Elisha Chonya, known by the Kiswahili acronym Bavicha, serves as the Regional Chairman of the Youth Council for the Chadema party in Tanzania. He was recently in the news after being arrested alongside other party leaders for allegedly organizing a gathering without proper legal procedures during a planned anniversary event for the party.
