Elizabeth Choi

Elizabeth Choi is the co-founder and CEO of RxFood, a Toronto-based digital health startup that leverages artificial intelligence to help diabetics track their food intake through photos. With a background in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo, Choi is driven by personal experiences with eating disorders and the desire to empower individuals to manage their health through better nutrition.
