Elizabeth Homfray

Elizabeth Homfray is the founder of the animal rescue organization Laws for Paws, and she has witnessed the gradual decline of dog meat sales in Ho Chi Minh City over her 19 years of living there. Homfray advocates for animal welfare and has worked to educate students about caring for pets, aiming to shift societal perspectives on animals, especially dogs, as companions rather than food.
