Elizabeth Otieno

Elizabeth Otieno is the head of the school health department within the Ministry of Education. She acknowledged the cultural and socio-economic challenges that hinder adolescent parents from returning to school during a recent roundtable meeting. Otieno is actively working with partners to strengthen collaborations and address the barriers faced by young parents in the education system.
