Ellen O’Leary

Ellen O’Leary is the founder of Wexford Home Preserves, having started the business in 1988 from her home kitchen. She began by making jams from leftover strawberries grown on her family farm, which eventually led to a successful commercial venture. Ellen played a vital role in training Tom and Laura Sinnott when they took over the business, ensuring that her legacy of quality and craftsmanship continued.
