Elman Abdullayev

Elman Abdullayev is the permanent representative of Azerbaijan to UNESCO. He has actively participated in discussions surrounding cultural heritage and has celebrated the achievements of member states in preserving their historical legacies. During the recent World Heritage Committee meeting, he expressed congratulations to China on the successful inscription of 'Jingdezhen Handcrafted Porcelain Industry Heritage,' viewing it as a significant accomplishment for both China and the international community.
