Elmer Cerrud

Elmer Cerrud is the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí (Unachi). He is part of the university's administrative structure that has rallied support for Rector Etelvina Medianero de Bonagas amid her contentious decision to remain in office despite having submitted a resignation.
