Elmir Kurtagić

Elmir Kurtagić is the Director of the Fund for Compensation in Montenegro, overseeing the distribution of restitution payments to former property owners. Recently, he informed the media about the challenges in determining the final amounts of compensation due to the complexity of legal documentation. Under his leadership, the fund has been working to ensure that all claimants receive their rightful compensation in accordance with the Law on the Return of Seized Property Rights and Compensation.
