Elsie Egwuatu

Elsie Egwuatu is the Head of Marine Services at the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) in Nigeria. She represented the Managing Director at the Regional Ferry Safety Conference in Lagos, where she underscored the importance of passenger and crew safety on inland waterways and advocated for collective action among stakeholders to improve ferry safety.
