Elsie Owens

Elsie Owens is an 87-year-old visually impaired woman from Shrewsbury, Jamaica, who has been left homeless after Hurricane Melissa caused a mango tree to fall on her house. With a history of glaucoma and cataract, Owens now finds herself in a shelter where she faces uncertainties about her future.
