Elvio Insfrán

Elvio Insfrán is a Paraguayan judge and a member of the Court of Appeals in the Child and Adolescent jurisdiction of Amambay. He also serves as the second vice president of the Administrative Council of the same institution. Recently, he exposed a serious case involving the disappearance of a crucial piece of evidence in a criminal case, leading to an investigation into the matter.
