Elvira Mendoza

Elvira Mendoza is the matriarch of Industria Química Mendoza e Hijos (IQMEH), a family business she co-founded in 2001. With a vision for innovation and quality, she initially sold shoe dyes to cobblers in Lima before expanding into shoe care products, notably betunes. Her leadership and market knowledge have been pivotal in establishing IQMEH as a leader in Peru's footwear care industry. Despite health challenges, she remains a guiding force in the company.
