Elvis Mvano Pemba was a 19-year-old student from Tanzania who tragically lost his life under suspicious circumstances in February 2025. He graduated from Ipogolo Secondary School and was described by his teachers as a quiet and well-behaved student with no history of misconduct. His family alleges that he was murdered due to personal disputes involving a police officer, and they have sought assistance from the Inspector General of Police, expressing a lack of trust in local law enforcement.
