Elwin Sichiola

Elwin Sichiola is the executive director of the Technical Entrepreneurial and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TEVETA) in Malawi. He recently expressed gratitude for the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in providing technical skills to youths through the Titukulane Project, which aims to help graduates secure employment or start their own businesses to alleviate poverty.
