Emanuel Chaves

Emanuel Chaves is the newly appointed President of the Board of the Civil Aviation Institute of Mozambique (IACM). In his role, he aims to make air travel more accessible to the average citizen, highlighting the challenge of limited air travel across Africa, where less than 10% of the population flies.
