Emer Feely
Dr. Emer Feely was a respected specialist in public health medicine and the late wife of Dr. Tony Holohan. She bravely battled multiple myeloma, a terminal form of blood cancer, until her passing in February 2021. During her illness, Holohan took time away from his public duties as the face of Ireland's Covid-19 response to care for her and their two children. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and through Holohan's reflections on love and loss.
