Emil Zhelev

Emil Zhelev is a judge at the Administrative Court of Sofia District, who previously served in the now-defunct Specialized Criminal Court. He was involved in a pivotal ruling regarding the environmental assessment of the waste incineration plant project, which was challenged and ultimately overturned by the Supreme Administrative Court.
