Emilia Cristina Mantilla Robles is a Bolivian national who was recently detained at the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport in Paraguay due to her alleged connections to criminal activities related to her brother-in-law, the notorious suspected drug trafficker Sebastián Marset. She arrived in Paraguay from Brazil but was denied entry after authorities flagged her for having an arrest warrant issued by the Santa Cruz Prosecutor's Office.
