Emilia Serafimova

Emilia Serafimova is one of the concerned parents whose child was affected by the recent expulsion incident at the 'Vasil Levski' school in The Hague. She has joined other parents in calling for reforms in the management of Bulgarian educational institutions abroad to ensure fair treatment of students and adequate educational resources.
