Emilio Carbonell

Emilio Carbonell is the president of Ascencoval, the professional association for elevators in Valencia. He has been actively addressing the issues surrounding the elevator failures caused by the recent flooding, estimating the actual number of elevators needing repair to be around 3,000, as opposed to higher estimates, and advocating for efficient solutions to restore mobility for affected residents.
